Romantic Outdoor Wedding at The Barn at Kennedy Farm | Amanda & Jake
Amanda and Jake's wedding day took place at the beautiful and scenic Barn at Kennedy Farm. This wedding was full of personal touches and meaningful elements that made the day so special. September 1st was the day that both Amanda & Jake's parents were married... It was only fitting that this sweet couple followed in their parents' legacy of love and married on the same day. Here are just a few of my favorites from their day!
The father daughter first look has quickly become one of my must have shots on the wedding day. It's such a special moment when Dad sees his little girl for the first time.
Just a few steps from the ceremony location, the reception was overflowing with romantic greenery, wood accents, and pops of gold.
Not everyone knew, but Amanda and Jake chose their wedding date because it was a VERY special date to both of their families. September 1st just happens to be both the bride and the groom's parents wedding anniversary. To honor their parents and the love they showed them throughout their lives, they shared a first dance together and invited their parents to join them. It was such a special and moving gesture.
The couple opted for a unique experience for their guests' entertainment; deuling pianos. They kept the dance floor full all night long and we ended our evening with a fun sparkler exit.
